Charles Wesley Mosteller, 80, of Summerville, South Carolina entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, September 11, 2013 at his home. A native of Summerville, Georgia, he was the son of the late Mrs. Mercer.

After matriculating through the Georgia public school system, Mr. Mosteller served in the United States Army as a paratrooper. Following his military service, he became a licensed truck driver. Mr. Mosteller was an avid sports fan but especially enjoyed professional basketball.

Mr. Mosteller is survived by his daughter Charlotte M. Trammell, son Wesley (Drenda) Mosteller, and son Herbert Lee (Arlene) Mosteller, along with his step-children Eugene Jamison, Carolyn (David) Robinson, James (Lona) Morton, Emma Jean (Albert Lee) Pringle, Jacob (Lycretia) Mosteller, all of Summerville, South Carolina, 20 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren.

The relatives and friends of the late Mr. Charles Mosteller are invited to attend the memorial service celebrating his life on Tuesday, September 17, 2013 at Friendship Inspirational COGIC, 128 West Hamilton Street, Lincolnville, SC 29485 at 5:00pm.
