I just wanted to say how saddened I am to hear about Dean’s passing. I worked with him at 3M Consulting Services, and he was such a gentleman, and a lot of fun to work with. He was very-much liked and admired by our clients as well.
He talked about his family quite a bit and it was obvious how much he adored them. My sincere condolences to his wife, children, grandchildren, and other friends and family. You are all in my prayers!

  • Gayl Kirkpatrick says:

Please accept my condolences on the passing of Dean. We worked together over the course of several years and I really appreciated Dean as a wonderful person and physician. Dean was a very caring person both personally and professionally with such great integrity. He leaves a great legacy in his children and grandchildren. Patricia, while I never had the pleasure of meeting you, I know that Dean loved you dearly as he described you and his life the last time we talked. It was my great pleasure to have known and worked with him.
