  • Jenny Schubert says:

Yesterday I say goodbye to my beautiful,British mother. She was a kind and gentle lady to the end of her 92 years. Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, organic gardener before it was cool, founder of a library, dedicated to charities of daughters of the British Empire, Royal Ballet dancer and teacher, avid naturalist and animal lover. Mom loved her final years ballroom dancing in South Carolina with her special friend Ken. Now she is dancing with her long time husband, love of her life, my father Colonel George Schubert.

  • Robert Liebscher says:

I have always felt fortunate to have known the Schubert family, headed by two wonderful people, George and Jean Schubert. Mrs. Schubert was such a warm and spirited person who made everyone who visited their home in Jenkintown feel so welcome and special. Her smile and twinkling eyes were the perfect accompaniment to her lovely countenance and demeanor. She was grace personified, and sophisticated without pretension. I am sure the Colonel knew he was a lucky man to have found her, and those who knew them both well were lucky to have crossed their path.
