I am so sorry to hear about the passing of “Miss Partridge”. She was my daughter Emily’s (now almost 25 years old) kindergarten teacher at Bethany UMC all those years ago. She was absolutely wonderful to both the parents and the kids, had a great sense of fun and adventure about her, and loving and caring in so many ways. Just the type of person every mother wants their child to start their first day of school with! Emily went on to complete her master’s degree and is now doing well in the working world. I partially credit her love for learning to that great beginning she received being in “Miss Partridge’s” class. My sympathy to you, her family, in this time of your loss.

Trudy was a wonderful woman and teacher. She cared so very much for her students and was so active with the schools. After her retirement she was very active with the PTA at Gregg Middle School. I am so sorry for her passing but I know she is now without pain and in the arms of our Heavenly Father. She was a great friend and I will miss her. She was my son, Billy”s teacher at Newington and was an God send as he needed so much help when he first started school. I don’t think I would have made it through his early school years without her support. She kept an eye on him and encouraged him through graduation from high school.

She was loving grandma going to games in 90 degree weather, competitions, driving 3 hrs to see her grandson . There was nothing she didn’t do for her grandchildren and even went out of her way to help others before her needs. She was great about visiting the nursing homes, making goodie bags for her grand daughters class, making costumes for Halloween, helping with school projects, going in to work when needed after and even after she had her chemo treatments. She was a hard worker. She loved to stay busy and loved her dogs as well Sofie & Jackson. She also enjoyed getting her nails & done by Tina and going out to Oscars to have a drink and eat wings. She never let her sickness come in between the things she loved the most .She lived a pretty good life some would say. She will be missed dearly by all of us. Forever in our hearts Stacey, Cameron , Ashley, K-ci and Celeste

Mom I love u and miss you and now u are reunited with dad and your dad. My Mom was the best and stood by me through my worst, no matter what did! I wish I could of said goodbye at hospice but no one would give me a ride. My mom was an amazing teacher and school board member! She raised two boys on her own! My mom would do any thing for any body and she loved daughter Ashley partridge! My mom trudy always thought the best of Mr if i would apply myself and now I AM. Her dieing wishes where told to me on January 9th to both me and my supportive wife crystal partridge and they most definitely will be carried out to the fullest! I owe a lot to my mom and now its time to shine and prove everyone wrong. The grieving process has begun and the memories I had of her and I start playing in my head! Everyone knows I’m a momma’s boy and always will be and the true test for survival begins now! My mom had a lot of love for her close friends in church and at curves and the neighborhood! No amount of money is going too replace my mom but a week before she died she told me to make her proud and I will! Mom, I miss you soo much but happy there’s no more pain. Tell dad and grandma I love them and will see them in my time. Family is suppose to come together in this certain time and long time friends not grow further apart over the past! Forgiveness is what my mom definitely had, I wish others would, my mom would of wanted that!
