Yvonne Marie Winchester

7-14-1963 to 10-24-2014

A small service will be held at The Church of Jesus Christ, 2100 Bacons Bridge Road, at 11am Monday the 27th.

In lieu of flowers please make a donation to the Huntington’s Disease Society of America.  HDSA.org  Just what you can everything helps.

Yvonne Winchester was a wonderful wife and mother.  She put her family and children first always.  She passed Monday morning after years of fighting the debilitating Huntington’s disease, that took her from a strong independent person to needing 24/7 care.  She never complained or used it as an excuse.  Yvonne was a very strong person.  While being a single mother of two she worked multiple jobs and attended Trident Technical College at night.  That perseverance was rewarded with a degree in Computer Technology and a full time job as a Computer Programmer.  All while raising two great kids.

She will be missed greatly…  We will always love and think of her…

Yvonne is survived by her Father Bill Billingsly, Sister Michelle Wheat, Husband Ray Winchester, Son James Weeks, Daughter Staci Gadberry, her two little pride and joys, Mason Parker and Mckenzie Gadberry and full time companion Buster.

Special thanks to Janice, Tamara and all others who helped in the end.
