Obituary of Kenneth W. Ellington

Former SLED Agent Kenneth W. Ellington of Cottageville, SC passed away Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Trident Hospital.  He is survived by his wife, Connie K. Ellington of Cottageville, a son, Michael Wesley Ellington and his wife Tami of Goose Creek, a daughter, Kimberly A. Ellington of New Jersey, a son, Bryon P. Ellington and his wife Merete also of New Jersey, a daughter, Tiffany L. Ellington-Overbeck and her husband Michael of Cottageville and a daughter, Sharron Ellington Warren and her husband Jason of Cottageville, a sister, Jacqueline Bolin and her husband James of North Carolina. He leaves behind 14 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Gladys Ellington of North Charleston and an older brother, Ray Ellington.  He loved spending time with his family and friends.  He loved fishing when he was able and his career in law enforcement .  He is loved by many and will be greatly missed.
