Obituary of Carolyn Cribb

B. Carolyn Gibson-Cribb was born on September 24, 1952 in Charleston, SC to the late Ben T. Gibson and the late Henrietta E. Stebner-Gibson. “Carolyn," as she was affectionately called, earned her heavenly wings on December 20, 2018, while surrounded by her family.

Carolyn was the youngest of four sisters, preceded in death by her sisters Marie Haddock and Rebekah Wright. Carolyn attended several  Charleston County Schools and later graduated with a degree in Data Processing and administration.

Carolyn leaves to cherish her memories; her two devoted sons; Roger Dale Cribb Jr.  and David Broughton. Her two loving grandchildren; David Jr. and Braylynn Broughton. Her Twin Sister; Marilyn (John) Glover. Her beloved pet; Little Bit, a host of nieces and nephews, Church family, and other family and friends.

Carolyn knew the Lord as her personal Savior and at an early age attended St. Andrews Lutheran Church in Charleston, SC. Later she moved her membership to Christ Center Church, in Goose Creek, SC  where she was a faithful and devoted member.
