Obituary of Gary Daniels

Gary Lynn Daniels, 69, a resident of Goose Creek, SC, passed away on Friday March 15, 2019, at the Ralph H. Johnson Va. Hospital in Charleston, SC.

Gary was born, January 14, 1950, in Laurinburg, North Carolina to Lindsey C. and Lily B. Daniels.

He was a graduate of Hanahan High School. Gary Served Honorably in the US Air Force. During his Military service, as a Jet engine Aircraft Mechanic, he accompanied flights in and out of Vietnam.

Gary was an avid hunter and loved to fish. He was a lover of dogs. His home was a stop for water and treats for the neighborhood dogs when they walked every day. He enjoyed conversation with their masters.

He is survived by a step son Milton “Mickey” Bailey of Summerville, SC, Special Friend Ruby Daniels Bell, Aunt Parma (Pam) L. Gray of Elmore, AL, Uncle Thomas W. (Dorothy) Barnhill, of Greenville, SC., and a host of cousins and friends.

Gary was preceded in death by his father, Lindsey C. Daniels and his mother, Lily B. Daniels and a sister, Darla Daniels all of Goose Creek, SC.

A memorial service will be held on Friday, April 5, 2019,

12:00 noon at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services, 7475 Peppermill Pkwy, North Charleston, SC.
