Obituary of Chester Zane Jr

Chester Zane Jr. age 77 years of Bluffton SC died suddenly in his home Monday April 29, 2019. He was born in Camden NJ, raised in Wenonah and was a 1960 graduate of Woodbury High School. After graduation he joined the U.S. Air Force where he proudly served his Country for four years. Mr. Zane retired as an OTR Truck Driver.

He is survived by his loving wife of 30 years, Cathleen Zane (nee Ferguson) of Bluffton SC; his daughter Kristina Zane of Mantua, step children Frank Lacivito (Liza) and Christina Kajenski (Brian), brother Robert Zane (Beverly), grandchildren; Jessica Simpkins (Steven), Danielle Green, Kaitlin Kajenski, Nicole Henson, Robert Kajenski and Chloe Lacivito. Great grandchildren Hadleigh and Jameson Simpkins. Mr. Zane was predeceased by his parents, Chester and Regina, his son David Nash Zane (Kay), sister Sandra Kerper (Charles) and brother Donald Zane.

Mr. Zane enjoyed spending time with family and friends. He also enjoyed collecting miniature railroad trains, was an avid NASCAR fan and loved his favorite TV shows Jeopardy and Wheel of Fortune to name a few.

Interment will be at Eglington Cemetery in Clarksboro, NJ where services will be private.
