Obituary of John Howard Buckler

John Howard “Buck” Buckler, age 57, of North Charleston, SC, passed away on Thursday, June 20th, 2013 at his residence. Services pending and will be announced at a later date. Mr. Buckler was born on October 19th, 1955 in Subic Bay Naval Station, Philippines. He was the son of Joseph Paul Buckler and Margaret Blanchard Buckler. Mr. Buckler served in the United States Navy and was in sales during his working career. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Survivors include his loving wife of many years, Melissa Lee Huber Buckler. His adoring children; David Goings of DeKalb, Illinois, Molly, Madeleine, Margaret, and Mallory Buckler, all of North Charleston, South Carolina. Also included are his cherished siblings, Theresa Jane Ernst of Moncks Corner, South Carolina, and Mary Smith of Lumberton, North Carolina, Jeffery Buckler of Lafayette, Louisiana and Jim Buckler of Lexington, South Carolina and Phillip Buckler of Tacoma, Washington.
