Obituary of Chase A. Sandred

On February 16, 2013 Mr. Chase (Charles) Sandred went home to be with the Lord. Charles was born in Caruthersville, Missouri on July 9, 1942 to the late Willie & Majellis Sandred. Chase was blessed with a wonderful wife, Mrs. Dorothy L. Sandred and three children. Carla Luttrell of Lansing, Michigan, Charles (Tina) Sanders, Jr. of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Joy Danielle Sanders of Charleston, South Carolina. He also showered with love his two step-children. Sylvester Washington of Charleston, South Carolina and Denise (David) Fleming of Goose Creek, South Carolina. Chase worked various occupations and most recently dedicated his skills to the transportation industry and worked for Mt. Pleasant Shuttle for the past nine years. Chase displayed a positive & cheerful attitude that helped him excel by impressing his clients just by doing his best every day. Chase was a compassionate man and would lend a hand to anyone he could. He made it known that his blessings were not only for his benefit, but to help his family any way he could; only expecting they do their best going forward. Chase leaves wonderful memories to be cherished by his loved ones, including his wife, Dorothy, his children Carla, Charles, Jr. and Joy Danielle, his grand-children Reva Sanders, Ciara Sanders, Charles D. Sanders, Damarcus D. Conclous, Avuntae T. Sanders, Kamari L. Sanders, Donevan B. Sanders, and Dawayne C. Sanders. His brother Richard (Lucille) Sanders, Larry Sanders, and his sister Flora (Oblenis) Mabins-Gibson. His late brothers Louis (Bernice) Sanders, Santee (Roxy) Sanders and James (Linda) Sanders; his late sister Helen Sanders. Chase also leaves his favorite step-nephew Eddie (Michelle) Eaglespirit, a host of nieces and nephews, grandchildren, relatives and friends. Visitation for Chase will take place on Friday, February 22 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services (7475 Peppermill Parkway Suite E, North Charleston SC 29418). Funeral Services celebrating his life will follow at 1:00PM at the funeral home.
