Obituary of Roderick Rod Mann

Mr. Roderick “Rodd” Mann, the son of Mr. Denore
and the late Mrs. Rosetta Lynn of GA, was born on
February 09, 1964 in Albany, GA. He departed this
life on June 23, 2020.
He received his education through the Georgia public
schools system and later received a certificate in Air
Conditioning and Heating. Upon graduation he took
an oath to serve and protect our country with the
United States Navy. He used his talents and love for
making things as a self-employed technician. He was
the proud owner of R & M Service Company LLC .
He loved the Lord and humbly gave to those in need.
Mr. Roderick “Rod” Mann will forever be remembered
by those who loved and cherished him as a father
who loved his daughters, a hard worker, a fun and
loving person who never met a stranger.
“Rod” leaves to cherish his memories: his wife,
Oneita Grimball Mann of SC; his children, Christine Cain of GA, and Crystal Cain of GA ;
and his stepchildren, Patrice Grimball Smith, Ashley Grimball, and Latrice “Candice”
Grimball of SC. Also cherishing his memories are his sister, Deatra Mann of GA, and
brother, Herbert “Eugene” (Chawonia) Mack of GA, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins,
and friends.
“Rod” is preceded in death by his daughter: Ms. Brittany Grimball of SC and his mother, Ms.
Rosette Lynn of GA.
