Obituary of Mary Eileen Colyer

Mary Eileen Colyer, 66, of Goose Creek, SC, entered into eternal rest on Sunday, February 28, 2021.  Mary was born on December 21, 1954, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mary was Predeceased by her grandson, Jacob Colyer, sister Helen Mills Levin, brother Mike Mills, mother, Teresa Mary Moriarty Mills, and father, Robert Edward Mills. Mary was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother.  She will be sorely missed and survived by her husband, Thomas Leon Colyer of Goose Creek, SC, Sons: Brian Mills (Paige) of Hanahan, SC, David Colyer (Buffie) of Hanahan, SC, Thomas Colyer of Lebanon, TN, 10 grand-children: Ashley Shannon, Noah Mills, Luke Mills, Dutch Stevenson, Reed Stevenson, Cora Mills, Lee Colyer, Taylor Colyer, Trinity Colyer, and Toby Colyer, 2 great grand-children: Violet and Gracie Shannon.  Also, 3 siblings, 2 brothers, John Mills (Linda) and Joe Mills (Nancy), both of Indiana, and sister, Maureen Mills Ozolins (Andy) of Indiana. Along with many nieces and nephews. 

Mary was loved by all who knew her. She loved her family and her many dogs over the years. She was always there for her grandchildren. They all will be left with many wonderful memories of times going to the fair or just having a tea party at the tiny table like she did so often with her grand-daughter.

There will be a Celebration of Life this Sunday, March 7th from 1pm-3pm, at The Prayer Chapel at 222 St. James Avenue, Goose Creek, SC 29445.
