Obituary of Marjorie Christine Slaymaker

Marjorie Christine (Chris) Slaymaker: May 7, 1926 - April 24,2021 Marjorie Passed away peacefully at home with her family by her side.

Marjorie is the daughter of the Late George Guy Burnham and Eunice Altman Burnham both of, GA.

Marjorie is known best for her love for her Lord, Jesus Christ. She was a member of Faith Assembly until she became home bound, then hospice Pastor Kevin Hinton would have service with her at home. She always had an open heart and a yes attitude toward the Lord. She loved to sing Hymns to the Lord while cooking dinner.

She was a loving mother who made life happy and fun for her children.

Marjorie loved going camping, sewing, cooking, crafting, spending time reading h r bible, and spending time seeing her family when possible. She loved road trips of any kind. Always re dy to go.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Raymond (Ray) Slaymaker, two broth rs: George Guy Burnham, jr, and William C Burnham, and two sisters: Dorothy Russell, and Mary 0 Holley.

She is survived by two sons: Mike C Burnham of SC, Raymond Douglas Slaymaker f Co, and two

daughters: Christina E Brune of Ca, Regina S Baker of SC. She has 6 grandchildren: Christina Riley, Jonathan Brune, Jesse Brune, (Chris) Bethany Brune, Mike Slaymaker, and Christin Slaymaker, three nieces, Valorie Holley, Temple Burnham (Marty), Christy Burnham, one nephew illiam Burnham, Jr.

(Terry).

The family will be holding a private grave side service in Atlanta, Ga.
