Obituary of Jacquelyn Ann Herron

Jacquelyn Ann Herron of Bluffton, SC, died at the age of 73 on June 3, 2021, while surrounded by her family.  

She is survived by her husband, Vertus Herron, of Bluffton SC; daughters, Cheli Lange of CT and Annette Herron of OH; son, Brian Herron of OH; grandsons Tyler Lange, Cameron Lange, and Grant Lange of CT; granddaughters, Annabella and Olivia Herron; brother-in-law, Larry Willsey of TN; nieces, Lisa Goolsby of TN and Karen Austin of OH; as well as many extended family members.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Mabel Pittman of North Liberty, IN, and her sister, Vicki Willsey of TN.  

Jacque was an artist whose creativity shined in her humor, her writing, the beauty of her home, and her absolute love of cooking - including signature dishes and desserts that often left the taster with just one word:  Awesome!  

Jacque dressed with flair and sang with enthusiasm to what she believed to be the words to popular songs.  She loved a good party and hosted many. She was a nurturer of pets, plants, friends, family, gardens, and grandchildren.  She lit up rooms and showered her loved ones with her devoted attention.  She will be dearly missed.
