Obituary of Gertrude Rogers

Gertrude K Rogers, 76 of Summerville S.C passed away June 26^th  2018 at 2:44 am With her loving family beside her.

She was born on August 10, 1941 in Wiesbaden, Germany to the late Heinrick Ehrardt and Paula Bohn.

She was preceded in death by her son Eugene Rogers in addition to her furry companion Gracie Sue her yorkie.

She retired from the Berkeley County School District as a Custodian.

She leaves to celebrate her life are her daughters    Marion Romack (Ronald) of Goose Creek.

Susan Williams (Troy) of Summerville   Her sons   Stefan Rogers (Leslie) of Goose Creek     Darrol Rogers (Kim) of Moncks Corner

Her grandchildren will always remember her as “Nanny”   Dale, Chris, Nicole, Jamie, Michael, Anthony, Corey, DJ and Amanda.  She has 11 great-grandchildren.

She loved to fish, go camping in North Carolina and most of all “BINGO”.

She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.

Family will receive friends  from 5pm to 7pm for a gathering to celebration her life at Simplicity Lowcountry, Ladson Chapel 281 Treeland Drive, Ladson, SC 29456.
