Obituary of Michael Paul Azulay

Michael Paul Azulay

October 8, 1956 – October 12, 2021

 

Azulay, Michael (“Mike”), 65 of Georgetown, South Carolina (formerly Kingston, MA), passed away on Tuesday, October 12, 2021. He was born in Boston, MA, the son of Richard and Geraldine Azulay.

Mike sadly leaves behind the love of his life, Sherry Lynn Robinson of Georgetown, South Carolina; his brother Richard (Janet) Azulay of Kingston, MA, sister Gail Azulay of Plymouth, MA, brothers Anthony (Cindy) Azulay of Plymouth, MA and Scott (Gina) Azulay of Reading, MA and his Chocolate Lab “Budweiser”.  He also leaves behind many Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces and Great Nephews who he deeply adored, as well as Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and many lifelong friends who he considered family. He will be deeply missed by all.

 He was preceded in death by his Father Richard A. Azulay, Sr; Mother Geraldine M. Azulay and Sister Roxane Azulay Knight.  His grandparents Amor and Virginia Azulay; Louis and Mary P Silva.

Mike was a master of many trades, construction, electrical, plumbing, automotive to name a few. If you needed something done Mike could do it. Mike had a passion for helping others and always there when you needed him. He loved spending time with family and friends. Anyone that needed him he would be there.  He had a wicked sense of humor and a contagious laugh. His smile as well as his quirky grin lit up the room; he was so loving, outgoing, and kind.

Mike was an avid  New England Patriots fan, Sunday football and drinks with friends. He had a strong passion for riding motorcycles, golf and enjoyed fishing in the river behind his house or just spending quiet time alone. He gave his time coaching for Plymouth Youth Football for many years.

Sherry and his family will be having a celebration of life for Mike on Saturday, October 30, 2021, at the VFW, Seven Hills Road, Plymouth, MA from 3-9.
