Obituary of Lyda B Jacobs

Lyda B. Jacobs of Summerville, S.C. entered into eternal rest on December 22, 2021. Lyda was born in Paris, Texas to Paul and Lala Lee Bell. She attended Texas University and became a librarian working in many schools. She loved to write, read, and she loved animals. Lyda Jacobs was the widow of Maj. Robert L. Jacobs Sr. of Summerville, S.C..She had four children, Mary Lane ( Robert ) of Georgia  and Robert Jacobs Jr. (Martha) of Covington, Georgia, Nancy Oltmann ( Zonnie ) of Harleyville, S.C. and George Jacobs(Ashley) of Summerville, S.C.. She had seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
