Born in Ironton Ohio. Graduated high school at Mosley High School Panama City Florida. 

Among watching Star Wars and Marvel movie. He was a profound trekkie. Avid reader. Always had a book in his hand. Enjoyed playing games. 

Preceded in death by his father Larry David Mullins of Ashland Kentucky. 

He leaves behind his mother Brenda Mullins. Sister Debra Cooper and husband Michael Cooper. Brothers Scott Hill and Steven Hill. Niece Katie Cooper. All of Goose Creek South Carolina.
