Obituary of Donna E Baehm

Donna E. Baehm, 70 of Summerville died at her home peacefully on November 18, 2022. Donna was born January 9th, 1952 in Schenectady NY to Robert D. Miller and Lucretia (Holloway) Miller.

She attended Shenendehowa High School in Clifton Park NY. She went on to become an LPN, Donna was a nurse for 44 years. She was employed by High Gate Manor then went on to continue her career at the Eddy Heritage House Nursing Rehabilitation Center in Troy NY where she worked with dementia patients. Donna’s passion was nursing, and she loved what she did and was so good at it. She meant so much to so many families for the care that she gave to their loved ones, she was selfless. Although Donna would do anything for anyone, it took a lot for her to ask for help if she needed it and she never wanted anyone to worry about her.

Donna enjoyed her family, the beach, the pool and playing games and cheating at cards with her nieces and nephew. Donna loved road trips, vacations to Outer Banks, Christmas and naps. She was so caring, kind, funny, outgoing, friendly and quick with a wise crack.

She retired 5 years ago in Saratoga Springs NY and built her house in Summerville which she loved and was so proud of.

She is survived by her sister Susan (Miller) Wuerslin her brother Randy Miller and sister-in- law Diane Miller. Nieces Nicole Wuerslin, Adrianna Burroughs (Wuerslin) Madison Miller and nephew Zachary Miller. And her partner Ernie Pinnsoneault.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday November 22, 2022 from 10 to 12 am at Simplicity Lowcountry 281 Treeland Dr Suite C Ladson SC. The family will receive friends an hour prior.

In lieu of flowers, memorials maybe made to the American Cancer Society or The Alzheimer’s Foundation.
