Obituary of Evangeline Faith Maenche

Evangeline “Eva” Faith, age five, ran excitedly into the arms of Jesus on the afternoon of December 20, 2022. She was a brave Warrior who fought a rare and severe form of epilepsy called Lennox-Gastaut Syndrome. The battle is won. She fought the good fight. She has finished her race. Evangeline was born on January 21, 2017, in North Charleston, South Carolina, to parents Mark and Michelle Maenche. Along with her parents, she is survived by her six siblings (Josiah, Jonathan, Michaela, Daniel, Charis, and Timothy), grandparents, aunts and uncles, and so many other loved ones and friends. She is preceded in death by her grandpa, Al Maenche. Evangeline brought joy to all who knew her. She could do nothing for us, and yet she did so much as we simply loved her completely. We are forever changed because the Lord gave her to us for a little while. You were always full of surprises, Evie Boo! We will see you again, but not yet.
