Frances Fuller Hanlon Obituary

Our dear mother, Frances Fuller Hanlon, sadly passed away on December 15th, 2022 at the age
of 74 years in Summerville, SC. Her family including her dog, Chloe, spent the last few days of
her life visiting and providing her love and prayers. She was a wonderful mother and
grandmother who was always there when we needed her. She was talkative and social. She
acquired many friends throughout her life, was well-loved by all who knew her, and will be
missed.

Frances is a graduate of Robert E. Fitch Senior High School and had a variety of jobs throughout
her working years including FAA government warehouse employee, photo retouch expert, and
in the latter part of her working career, she cheerfully provided home care services to other
elderly clients. She also enjoyed her hobbies that included Coca-Cola collectibles, Stephen King
Novels, Mickey and Minnie mouse, horse statues and pictures, and a variety of antique glass
items. Finally, as a green thumb, she often tended her many plants and was always happy to
receive beautiful flowers.

Frances was born on April 10th, 1948 in Long Beach, CA. She was immediately adopted by
Imogene Lorene Fuller, née Dillin, and Ira Leon Fuller. She was predeceased by her parents, Ira
and Imogene Fuller and is survived by her three sons and their families, Michael J. Porter and
common law spouse, Paula Coutant, Robert Joel Porter and significant other, Kimberly Dodd,
and Randal S. Hanlon and his wife, Charlotte K. Hanlon. She is also survived by her
grandchildren, Maria Hanlon, Kristin Hanlon, and Ashley Hanlon and her great grandchildren,
Samantha Smith and Zachary Hanlon.

In 1998, Frances was blessed with the opportunity to meet and enjoy time with her biological
family. Although she missed meeting her father, Eugene Donald "Buckhorn" Roberts and her
brother, Roger Roberts, because they had passed, Frances was overjoyed to spend time with
her birth mother, Madeline Cooley Roberts, her birth siblings, Judy Schooner and James "Jim"
VanRyte and their families. She cherished this meeting and maintained contact with her
biological family the rest of her life. Frances was predeceased by her birth parents and one
brother, Roger, and is survived by her other siblings, Judy and Jim, and their families.

Per her wishes, Frances was cremated. No service is scheduled.
