Obituary of Dorothy Elizabeth Boblitz

On the evening of April 19, 2023 Dorothy (Dot) Elisabeth Boblitz passed away at Caroline’s Cottage. She was born on March 21, 1954 in Baltimore, Maryland to the late William and Dorothy Henrietta (Loretta) Clifford.

Surviving is her husband Michael H. Boblitz of 51 years of marriage; their son Michael C. Boblitz; future daughter-in-law Cindy; grandchildren Joseph (Joey), Catherine; and brother William (Bill) Clifford.

A true “Domestic Goddess” Dot took pleasure and pride in maintaining the home and raising a child often alone due to her husband’s military deployments. She was very vocal, emotional and one-sided while watching football supporting the Baltimore Ravens and Washington Redskins of old. She will always be remembered for her jolly, happy personality and her willingness to do anything for anybody. Her presence will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
