Obituary of Bartlett Gene Wahl

Bartlett (Bart) Gene Wahl was born November 6, 1941 at St Mary’s Hospital in Saginaw, MI. Bart passed away May 4, 2023 at the age of 81 surrounded by his family. Bart served with the US Navy in Vietnam, from 1958-1962. After returning home from Vietnam, Bart worked for General Motors for over 30 years before retiring. Preceded in death by his wife Patricia (Riness) Wahl, parents, Philip & Delores Loiacano, brother Samuel Loiacano, and his granddaughter Kathryn (Katee) Wahl. He is survived by his daughter Damaris Geese and her wife, Sally; his Son Kelly Wahl and his wife Jaci; his daughter Stephanie Davies and her husband Jeremy; his grandchildren Veronica Geese, Chelsea Geese and her wife Tarah, Taylor Geese, Marissa Farley and her husband Jacob, Sarah Wahl, Devin Davies and Kiylie Davies, and several great grandchildren. There will be no funeral services, and Bart will be cremated per his wishes. Damaris and Sally would like to express their thanks and appreciation for the wonderful care given by Hospice.
