Obituary of Kelly Bailey Arnette

Kelly Bailey Arnette May 15, 1969-May 04, 2023 Kelly Bailey Arnette was born in Charleston, South Carolina to John Harold and Marsha Bailey. She was a graduate of Berkeley High School and The South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy. Kelly served her community for many years as a Police Officer and retired from the North Charleston Police Department. Kelly is predeceased by her mother Marsha S. Bailey, Grandparents Carl and Edna Bailey and Vance and Lorine Bailey. She is survived by her father John Harold Bailey (Mary) sister Amy Bailey Murray (Ryan) niece Madison Murray nephew Ben Murray, sons Bailey (Amanda) Arnette and Hayden (Cassie) Arnette, grandchildren Lilah and Shane Arnette, Mike Arnette and Chis Guerry. There will be a private burial at a later time. Any memorials can be given to your local Suicide Prevention Group.
