Helen Maxine Powers Artz entered eternal rest on May 10, 2023, surrounded by her family, she was 84. Born In Corrine, West Virginia, Helen is the daughter of the late Carl Dewey Powers and Lula Mae Powers of Chilhowie, Virginia. Helen enjoyed life to the fullest, was always on the go and never let her age stop her from doing what she loved. Helen spent the weekends enjoying her time selling at the Ladson Flea Market and hanging out with the many friends she made there. Max (as she was called by many) loved her family very much and spent countless days celebrating many life events with them. As we mourn her passing, we are so thankful for the time we had with this extraordinary woman. She touched many lives with her charismatic personality, her kindness and her infectious laugh.
