Linda Dallner

Obituary of Linda C Dallner

On May 9, 2023, Linda C. Dallner passed away unexpectedly due to heart complications. She was 75 years old. Linda was born September 25, 1947 in Charleston, SC. She attended RB Stall High School. She worked as a Data Processing Administrator at Trident Hospital where she retired after 25 years. Linda was always known to enjoy life and to have a good time. She loved to laugh and loved her family. She was married to her best friend for 49 years and always said they were more like boyfriend and girlfriend. They enjoyed each other’s company even if it was just sitting watching TV and holding hands. Her son Ted loved to pick on her and she didn’t miss a beat by picking back at him. One that could always make her smile no matter how mad she was, was her smiley face baby boy Craig. Linda was the glue that held her family together but she passed on her strong will, drive and determination to her only daughter Kim. Linda enjoyed listening to old vinyl records, planting flowers, gardening, sitting outside to enjoy all of nature- the birds, lizards, squirrels and other creatures, and cooking for her family. She will be greatly missed by all those who knew and loved her. Linda was preceded in death by Corrine Norfolk (mother), Sharon Norfolk (sister), Garrett Richardson (grandson), and Josie (her beloved dog). She is survived by her husband Paul Dallner; sons Ted Ankrom and Craig (Tami) Ankrom; daughter Kim (Mark) Cooper; grandchildren Taylor Ankrom, Ashlye Krausmann, Kailyn Creach, Paul Meza, Phillip Meza, Corey Richardson, Codie Richardson and Morgan Cooper; great-grandchildren Lydia Krausmann, Bonnie Krausmann, and Rhemi Brown; brother Michael (Rosemary) Fitze; and several cousins, nieces and nephews. A service to honor Linda will be held on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 from 2-4 pm at Simplicity, 281 Treeland Drive, Ladson, SC 29456.
