Obituary of Lydia Kaufman

With great sadness we announce the passing of Lydia Kaufman, a woman who loved well and was well loved. On July 27th, 2023 Lydia passed peacefully at the age of 81. She was an amazing Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Wife, Mother, and Daughter. She was born on June 12th, 1942 in Edgewater, New Jersey to her beloved mother Mae Budnich, alongside her siblings Violet and Suzan. She attended and graduated from Morrow High School in 1960. In 1971 she wed the love of her life Richard Kaufman and they raised two children Judith and Andrew Koralja. She was an avid contributor to foundations such as VFW and the ASPCA along with many others as she loved to help those in need. She lived a full life as a wonderful mother, and a hardworking and dedicated employee. She is survived by her loving husband Richard, her son Andrew, her grandchildren, Krystle, Robert, Breanna, and Andrew and her great-grandchildren, Adriana, Aubrey, and Kai. Most of all she loved her family and friends and instilled good values in her children and grandchildren that have served them well. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
