Nancy McClelland Obituary

Nancy Susan Wolfe McClelland passed away peacefully Tuesday, July 25, 2023.

Preceded in death by son Ted, Nancy is survived by sons Gary, Scott and Kevin. Nancy was a loving grandmother to five granddaughters and three grandsons. Nancy was also a proud great grandmother to ten great grandchildren, with an eleventh on the way.

After being a wonderful full-time mother to her sons, among other accomplishments Nancy moved on to be the Business Manager of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Medical University of SC in Charleston, SC.

Nancy was a founding member of the Philanthropic Educational Organization’s (P.E.O.) Chapter J in Summerville, SC. P.E.O. is a charitable women’s organization that promotes the advancement of women primarily through scholarships. She was also a member of Mensa.

Nancy enjoyed playing bridge and decorating. She loved travel by air, ocean cruise, riverboat and even motorcycle! Due to her kindness and generosity, Nancy was loved and will be missed by her family and all who knew her.
