Obituary of Barbara H Taylor

Barbara (Bobbie) H. Taylor of Ladson, SC, age 81, passed away on Monday, August 21, 2023. She was born on February 21, 1942 to the late Jason House and Clara House McIntosh of Charleston, SC.

Bobbie resided in Charleston, SC for over 50 years. She worked and owned Jeanola Drapery for over 50 years. She later sold and retired from Jeanola Drapery in 2018. She was a member of New Beginnings Christian Church of Ladson, SC for 19 years.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, James (Bo) Taylor. She leaves to cherish loving memories, three daughters, Tammy T. (Tim) Holseberg of Moncks Corner, SC, Kimberly T. Easterling of North Charleston, SC and Michelle T. Smith of North Charleston, SC; seven grandchildren; and six great grandchildren. She is also survived and will be sadly missed by her good friend and care giver, Shawn McCurdy.

Bobbie was an avid bowler, loved spending time with her family and a dedicated Christian.

Memorial service will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 11:00 am at New Beginnings Christian Church, 10054 Hwy 78, Ladson, SC. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Barbara Taylor may be made to New Beginnings Christian Church at 10054 Hwy 78, Ladson, SC
