Obituary of Marcelina Clark Tudor

Marcilena Clark Tudor, 84, of Ladson, SC, passed away on September 12, 2023. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt. Marcilena enjoyed spending time with her family and going to the boat landing with her husband Vance. Marcilena is survived by her husband of 67 years, Vance Tudor, her son William “Van” Tudor (Leni), her daughter Rose Henry (Alvin), grandchildren Mark Shew (Emily), William Shew (Brittany), Jessica Brintnall (Tyler), Alexandra Clifton, Galen Benavides, Noah Perez, Kirstee Criswell, and great grandchildren Rivers, Evans, Charlotte, Lila, Cora, Jaxson, Evalee, and Oliver. She was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Eliza Clark, Finn and Marie Riddle, and daughter Debby Tudor Clifton. Miss Marcy, as she was fondly known, worked for over 20 years as the “Lunch Lady” at Pepperhill Elementary. Her dedication and love for the students made her an integral part of the school community. A private ceremony will be held in her memory. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Charleston Animal Society in honor of Marcilena’s love for animals.
