Obituary of Steven Michael Henman

Steven Michael Henman, MAJ. USAF (Ret) died from cancer Sept 29, 2023 at his home in Hanahan, SC.  He was born December 1948, in Oklahoma City, OK, to the late Floyd James Henman and Mary Jeanette Condon Henman.

He graduated from Lebanon Community High School (Illinois) and Southern Illinois University Carbondale earning a BA in Math and a MBA in Finance.  He served 20 years in the US Air Force as a C-141 and C-12 pilot.  He had additional careers with Boeing as a C-17 simulator instructor and with H&R Block as a tax preparer.

He is survived by three daughters Tricia Kilgore (Robert) of Savannah, GA, Nancy Snowden (Coley) of Hanahan, SC, Cindy Clark (Ryan) of Decatur, GA; two sisters Linda D. Henman of St. Louis, MO, Mary P. Henman (John Noon) of Mt. Horeb, WI; six grandchildren: Lucy Snowden, Hannah Snowden, Emily Jane Clark, Phoebe Snowden, Judah Clark, and Henry Kilgore; three nieces; great nieces and great nephews; his girlfriend Peggy Harbert of Summerville, SC; and his former wife Linda G. Henman of Hanahan, SC.

Per his wishes, there will be no funeral.
