Alice Faye Jowers, 83, of Hanahan, South Carolina entered eternal rest unexpectedly on September 22, 2023. Faye was born October 20, 1939, in Letcher County, Kentucky. She was a devoted wife, mother, sister, grandmother and great grandmother.

Faye is survived by her devoted husband of 59 years, Frank Jowers, her sister Regina Carmony, her two children Maria McCurry and John Jowers (Tammy). She was also a proud grandmother to Kraig, Sean, and Collin Jowers. She was a beloved great-grandmother to Kaylynn Jowers.

Faye was preceded in death by her parents, Atchie and Pauline Cantrell. Also, Her brothers Harold, Jack, and Kenny and her sister Thelma.

Faye’s Christian faith was an essential part of her life. She will be dearly missed by her family, friends and all those whose lives she touched. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
