Obituary of Lewis "Bud" Osborne Brabham, III

Lewis “Bud” Osborne Brabham III, 58, of Summerville SC entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 at Summerville Medical Center.

Born June 30, 1963 in Bamberg, SC. He was the beloved son of the late Lewis O. Brabham Jr. and Doris A. Kirkpatrick.

Bud worked as a carpenter for “Kightsville Finest” for 15 years. Then he was employed as a maintenance man for T & T Trucking. He loved spending his days tinkering with his mustang.

He married his wife, Tina in 1993 and just celebrated 28 years of Marriage on July 3, 2021.

Lewis is survived by his wife, Tina Clark Brabham; Step-father William Hyman of Goose Creek,SC, sisters Joyce (Brad) Hays of Anniston AL, Debra (Beach) Grooms of Summerville SC, and Chastity (Lamont) Martin of Boiling Springs SC; brother Robert I. Hyman of Goose Creek SC; Step-daughter Kara (Matt) Cira of Charleston, SC; Grandsons Frank Cira and James Cira; Granddaughter Mattie Cira; Brother-in-law Robert (Patsy) Proveaux of Summerville, SC. Bud leaves behind many nephews and nieces he treasured.

In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his sister, Patsy M. Proveaux.

The family would like to give a special thanks to sister, Debbie Grooms for all the love and devoted care given to Bud over the last year as he battled cancer.

Visitation and Memorial Service will be at Simplicity Lowcountry at 281 Treeland Dr. Ladson, SC 29456 on September 24, 2021 at 2 pm.
