Obituary of Cecilia "Cissy" Ann Roumillat

Cecilia “Cissy” Ann Roumillat, 76, of Charleston, SC, passed away December 14, 2023. She is now resting in the arms of Jesus and her mother and father Irma and Mike Roumillat, and brother Michael Roumillat who preceded her in death. She was born December 18, 1946. She leaves her sister Virginia Volousky and brother William “Bill” Roumillat, as well as many aunts, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. Everyone who knew Cissy, they knew she was a loving person who colored the world with many beautiful hues. Her disabilities never held her back and she truly enjoyed life (and Coke colas). She loved to make things with yarn, play games, and enjoy her pets. Cissy was an avid volunteer and was always up for a visit with people.

Cremation services are being provided by Simplicity. Memorial donations can be made in Cissy’s name to the Dorchester Senior Center, The Association for the Blind, or the Charleston Animal Society.
