Devon Marie Mansfield Alexander

August 28, 1990 – February 4, 2024

Devon Marie Mansfield Alexander, 33, of Goose Creek, passed away in her home on February 4, 2024, due to health issues. She was born August 28, 1990, in Goose Creek, South Carolina to Allan and Rosemary Mansfield. Devon was a graduate of Stratford High School in 2008 and furthered her education at Trident Technical College pursuing dental care. She was employed at Crowfield Dental with Dr. Melendez and his amazing staff.

Devon continues to warm our hearts through her two beautiful sons, Roman Allen Alexander (5), and Levi Charles Alexander (3). She is also survived by her husband Stacey Alexander and her dearly beloved stepson Samuel Alexander (14) . Throughout her vibrant life, Devon enjoyed being with and raising her children, traveling, painting, reading, posting on social media, and the company of her dear friends and family. Devon will always be remembered for her contagious laugh, beautiful smile, and the ability to light up every room she walked into. She was so fun, forgiving, big hearted and had an amazing sense of humor and style.

Devon was preceded in death by her parents Allan and Rosemary Mansfield of South Carolina, her aunts Heidi Tyler Fishbein of Maryland and Linda Stacey of Bedfordshire, England as well as her grandparents Charles and Elsie Tyler who took residence in Maryland.

Alongside her children, Devon is also survived by her two Uncles Michael and Daniel Tyler of Maryland as well as her Auntie Brenda Ryan of Bedfordshire, England, and seven loving cousins including Jack and Jodie Cheshire of Bedfordshire England, Ben Ryan of Luton, England, Hayley, Dean, Aaliyah and Jayce Flattley of Hertfordshire, England. Devon's married family Dr. Darren Alexander and Lorna Alexander, sisters Muretza and Muranda Alexander, mother-in-law Felisha Y. Reynolds-Moore and her wife Valerie Y. Reynolds-Moore who continue to cherish her memory as well as Devon's dearest friend, sister, and Life Coach Jamie Lee Cornell with her son, Devon’s nephew, Cooper Ryan Cornell. Devon's loving extended family, Douglas R. Burkhead and Tammy M. Burkhead with children Ashley M. Ramsey, Stacie J. Burkhead, Kayla M. Burkhead, Douglas "Loye" Burkhead, Loretta J. Burkhead, two nephews, and one niece, as well as her Uncle Kevin and Aunt Julie Goewey with their family who also loved and treasure the time they had with such a beautiful woman who will be truly missed.
