Obituary of Amy Michele Causey

Amy Michele Causey, 49, of Summerville, SC, passed away peacefully at home on March 29, 2024.

Amy was born on June 12, 1974 to Edward and Jennifer Causey in Hollywood, Florida. After Amy graduated from Summerville High School in 1992, she went on to study and play softball at the College of Charleston. She graduated from Charleston Southern University with a B.S. in Criminal Justice.

She had successful careers as a realtor for Trademark Properties, a 911 Telecommunications Supervisor for Dorchester County, and a Senior Manager of Global Transformations at RTX.

Amy was predeceased by her father, Edward. She is survived by her mother, Jennifer, her brother, David (Gina) Causey, and her special aunt, Linda Causey.
 

An informal visitation will be held on Friday, April 5 from 6-8 p.m. at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services, 281 Treeland Drive in Ladson. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Dorchester Paws, an organization near to Amy's heart.
