Obituary of Brenda K. Bennett

Brenda Kay Bennett, age 79, of Ladson, SC, passed away on April 5, 2024. She was born on November 16, 1944, in Benton, Illinois, to Dyer and Katherine Eubanks.

Brenda, known affectionately as Momgoose, is survived by her siblings Juda (Bart) Pannell, Darrell Eubanks, and John Eubanks. She is also survived by her children James (Jackie) Bennett, DeAnna (Kevin) Damm, Melinda (Lee) Gilbertsen, Tracie Prusz, Craig Bennett, and Dawn (Shannon) Griffin. Brenda leaves behind 18 grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Dyer and Katherine Eubanks, and her siblings Jack Eubanks, Gene Eubanks, Rosetta Gruber, Mary Redmond, Carrell Barbarich, and Paul Eubanks.

A Visitation Drop-in for family and friends will be held on Saturday, April 13, from 3 pm to 7 pm at the home of Shannon and Dawn Griffin, 313 Picard Dr, Ladson, SC 29456

A private gathering to lay Brenda to eternal rest in her hometown of Benton, IL, will be held at a later date.
