Suzanne Kelly Carter, 68, of Ladson, a homemaker and wife of Russell E. Carter, died Sunday, April 26, 2015. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at 3:00 PM at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services, 7475 Peppermill Parkway, Suite E, North Charleston, SC 29418.
