Obituary of Sharon Lee Davis

Sharon Lee Davis, 67, of Summerville, passed away March 28, 2015 in Mt. Pleasant, SC. Mrs. Davis was born on December 18, 1947 in Hagerstown, MD, a daughter of Betty Giffin Sagle and the late Lloyd Sagle. She was a dedicated employee of General Motors for over 30 years. She was a member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church in Summerville, SC and a Daughter of the King at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church in Sharpsburg, MD. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her daughter, Dawn Hager of Summerville, SC; granddaughter, Molly Hager of Summerville, SC; brothers, Gary Giffin and Glenn Giffin of Hagerstown, MD; special friends, Kim Collins and David Norton; and, her beloved dog, Quincy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Gregory Davis and grandmother, Thelma Giffin. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Charleston, SC followed by interment in Williamsport, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to any PNC Bank branch in Hagerstown, MD or Charleston, SC; Attn: The Hager Memorial Scholarship Fund. The family would like to thank Hospice of Charleston, Charleston Hematology and Oncology, and Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital for the wonderful care they each provided.
