Obituary of Edward Taylor

Edward Henry Taylor, 73, passed away on Wednesday January 23rd, 2019.  Eddie was born on July 8th 1945 in Boston, Massachusetts to Nathaniel H. and Mary Taylor (Allen). He was number five of eight children.

Eddie served in the United States Navy, afterwards as a sheet metal worker, taxi driver, and flea market vendor. Eddie enjoyed fishing, sports, flea market, and playing pool. He was always  interested in other people's life stories and willing to help others, he never met a stranger.

Eddie is survived by his daughter Julie Godwin (Bruce) of Cottageville, SC and son Edward Lee Taylor (Mary) of Moncks Corner, SC. In addition to his son and daughter are siblings Thomas Taylor (Gayle) Ladson, SC, Nathaniel Taylor

(Theresa) Edgewater, Fl, Ronnie Taylor (Iola) N. Chas, SC, Marianne Taylor Charleston, SC, Elizabeth Armando Summerville, SC, Mike Taylor Cross, SC and Thelma T. Sullivan (Julian) Charleston, SC. Grand children Tracy Marie Boulware, Robert Merrill Boulware, Zackery Lee Taylor, and 5 great grand children. Also many nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.

He is predeceased by his parents Nathaniel and Mary and grand daughter Jennifer Lynn Boulware.

Service will be held at Simplicity 281 Treeland Dr Suite C Ladson, SC on January 31st at 11.00.
