Shocked and sad to hear about Denny. Sure had a lot of fun with this man, skiing, sailing, and of course, partying.
Will hear that laugh for a long time!
Peace brother....

Denny and I were part of a larger group of friends that hung out in the 70's. His nickname was "Fatman" but he wasn't really fat and we all respected him very much. He had an infectious laugh - when he got laughing hard I would just crack up. It sounds like everyone on this page knows what I know - Denny was a great guy and a good friend! My condolences!

If you ever met Denny, he was your friend because he never met a stranger. I don’t think I ever saw him without a smile and an encouraging word. He was quick to lend a hand and he didn’t care if the work was hard. I once saw him attacked by a swarm of bees and even then his biggest concern was that there was still work to be done. Enjoy Heaven, Denny! I’ll see you there!

The smile on his face couldn’t be brighter on a Sunday morning. His laughs, giggles and joy he brought to so many people is irreplaceable and certainly will never be forgotten. The bonded love he shares with his family is only what I can hope to achieve with mine. Denny will not only be missed but we’ll be eager to see him again when it’s our time.

I haven’t known Denny and Becky long. But one thing I’ve noticed in my three years at Peace Church is their constancy. I photographed multiple events for the church and at every event was Denny. Quietly serving, laughing and smiling- it was obvious he had a heart for God and for others. He loved people and showed Gods love to them. Whether at men’s ministry events or children’s ministry or church events in general, he was always present and always joyful. He will be greatly missed. I am thankful for people like Denny that show the world what Christ looks like in their communities. All my love to you Becky.

Our hearts are heavy at the news of Denny's passing .Becky and Denny were a real team, often volunteering together to help with the kids ministry. We remember all the fun and laughter he brought to the children of our church family. Denny's smile and good humor were contagious. He will be sorely missed by all of us at Peace. We pray for God's healing comfort for Becky and the family during this difficult time.
