Obituary of Annette Carolyn Hinerman

Annette Carolyn Hinerman of James Island, SC entered into eternal rest of July 17, 2014. Annette was the daughter of Benjamin L Mims and Ocie Mims of James Island, SC. Annette was born June 17, 1937 in Charleston, SC. She is predeceased by one brother, Leroy Mims of James Island. She is survived by three children; Jimmy Hinerman (Kim) of Atlanta, Georgia; Lisa McCann of Melbourne, Florida ; and Joey Hinerman of James Island,SC. Annette has one grandchild ; Joey McCann ( Meagan) and two great grandchildren; Tristen and Seamus. Annette was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and friend. Her loving manner was “God Given” and she would always take the time to listen to family and friends. Annette worked for the Charleston County School District for 28 years serving as an assistant for the Special Needs Children and Assistant Librarian. She served most of her teaching time at James Island Charter High School and quickly became a woven thread in the school family. She was a member of the Fort Johnson Baptist Church on James Island. The family will be receiving friends at Fort Johnson Baptist Church on Camp Road at 12:00 pm with a service following between 1:00 -2:00 pm on Monday, July 21.2014. Flowers can be sent between the hours of 9:00- 12:00 to Fort Johnson Baptist Church at 1473 Camp Road, James Island 29412.
