Obituary of Thomas Carlisle Dandridge

Thomas C. Dandridge (Danny), 75, went to be with the Lord Wednesday March 26, 2014. He was born and raised in North Charleston, SC. He is survived by his loving wife Linda Tyler Dandridge of 50 years, two sons Darren (Anna) of Brunswick, GA and Kevin (Alba) of Charleston, SC, two grandsons Thomas and William Davis Dandridge, and a brother Rick (Jan) Dandridge of Summerville, SC. A memorial service will be held at Northwood Baptist Church, Greenridge Road Saturday March 29, 2014 at 5:00 pm. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Coast Guard and was a retired planner estimator at the Charleston Naval Shipyard. He was active in Northwood Baptist Church where he had served as a Deacon, singles and youth Sunday School teacher. He loved the Lord, his family and sharing his faith with others. He was active in coaching youth sports, was an avid Gamecock fan, and was an outdoorsman, enjoying fishing and shooting sports. He will be missed by all who knew him. Memorials may be made in lieu of flowers to the building fund at Northwood Baptist Church. Arrangements are by Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation & Burial Services.
