Obituary of Paul J. Escritt

Our beloved father, Paul Joseph Escritt, was called home to God on Friday August 5, 2016. He was 67 years old. Services will be held at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services Thursday Aug 11, 2016 from 2 to 3 pm. Born on June 28, 1949 in Tilden, Nebraska to David and Aurelia Escritt. He is survived by his daughters, Paula Sue Taylor, Cheryl Christine Bolen, Alicia Renee Cox, and Cheri’ Inez Ramsey. He was “Poppa” to 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandsons. He is also survived by his brothers and sisters. Paul retired from the Air Force in 1989 after service of 20 years 5 months and 4 days to our Country. He was extremely proud of his service. He was then a diesel mechanic for Standard Warehouse for several years. All who had the pleasure of knowing him know he was a most compassionate and loving man. He lived his life giving love and now we must carry that forward.
