Obituary of Michael Pitts

Michael James Pitts,  32 , of Moncks Corner, SC, passed away May 24, 2019.  He was born on April 12, 1987  in Charleston, SC.

Michael was a dock builder in the lowcountry area, and his work was his passion.  He was also an avid hunter.

Michael  is survived by his parents, Michael and Pamela Pitts; children, Alyssa, Michael, Carolina, James, and Adalyn; sisters, Jennifer, Alicia, and Brittany Pitts; grandparents, Gene and Judy Pitts; several uncles, aunts, nieces, and nephews; and dear friend, Josette Grant.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Michelle (Kujawski) Pitts; and grandparents, Stephen and Mary Massenburg.

A memorial service will be held at Simplicity: Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services Summerville Chapel  on Friday, May 31  from 2:00 - 3:00 PM.
