Joyce A. Proctor entered into eternal rest August 2, 2016 at 10:34pm. Funeral services will be held at Hill Crest Baptist Church on Ashley Phosphate Rd. Friday August 5 at12:30pm, visitors welcomed at 11:30am. Please visit simplicity.com for further information Joyce was born in Port Arthur Texas in 1932. Her parents were Hayden Anderson and Evelyn Day. She is survived by two sisters and two brothers. She is also survived by four children, Gerald Proctor of Goose Creek, Teresa Gaskins of Ladson, Leslie Orr of Ladson, and Clinton Proctor of Hanahan. She has 8 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
