Obituary of Kenneth J Carter

Kenneth (Kenny) J. Carter 60, of Bonneau, SC entered into eternal rest August 11, 2019.

He was preceded in death by his parents Allen T. Carter Jr. and Lenora Campbell Carter both of Latta, SC.

Kenny was born June 3, 1959 in Dillon, SC.

Kenny lived life to the fullest and never met a stranger. He had a love for singing karaoke, the lake and making people laugh. He loved his family, grandsons and friends. He will be missed dearly by all who knew him.

Kenny is survived by his significant other Jennifer Burnett of Bonneau, SC and his 3 daughters Megan L. Carter (Donald L. Steele III) of North Charleston, SC, McKenzie L. Carter (Tiaarion Wright) of North Charleston, SC, and Sammie – Jo Benson (Timothy Benson) of Bonneau, SC. His 4 grandsons Donald Lynn Steele IV, Chance Levi Wright, James Irie Wright and Reese G. Benson. His 3 sisters Pansy C. Wright of Leesville, SC, Tonya C. Collins of Dillon, SC and Donna Hasty (Andy) of little Rock, SC and many nieces and nephews.

A service will be held Friday August 23, 2019 from 1:30 pm to 2:15 pm at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services 7475 Peppermill Parkway, North Charleston SC 29418.
