Betty Ruth Cosby , 87 , of Mt. Pleasant , South Carolina passed away December 4, 2017 at Sandpiper Rehab and Nursing Home Mt. Pleasant , South Carolina . She was born on March 13, 1930 in Cedar Town , Georgia to the late Charlie and Jettie Patterson. Betty is survived by: Wendy Jones_and Charlene Cofield and grand and great grandchildren. The family will not be having a public service at this time and may choose to do a small family get together. The family would like to express their appreciation for everyone’s love and concern.
