Obituary of Billie Joe Eldridge, II

Billie Joe Eldridge !!, born 3/11/1964 in Lexington, KY was a Christian and has ventured into his eternal rest.

Billie was a multi-talented musician, loved to read and had an extensive knowledge of a multitude of subjects. If asked a question about anything, Billie knew the answer and would explain in detail all the facts.

Billie liked fast cars and loved horse riding. His favorite breed was a Carolina Marsh Tacky and he rode extensively with his family in Cottageville.

Billie was so generous, had a heart of gold and would give you the shirt off his back. He never met a stranger he wouldn't help.

Billie will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

He was pre-deceased by his parents, Billie Joe and Una Joyce Eldridge and survived by: son, Christopher "Joey" Brant (Nicole); grandson Gavin Brant; brother Basil Eldridge (Belinda); sister Lechia Oliver (Dan); niece Tanya Hasty (Calvin) and their children Haley, Ryan and Logan; nephew Shane Eldridge (Consuelo) and their children Elena, Michael and Isaiah; niece Amanda Eldridge and her children Camden and Cooper; nephew Daniel Oliver (April) and their child Amelia.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Sunday, February 23, 2020 at Simplicity Lowcountry Cremation and Burial Services, 7475 Peppermill Parkway, Suite E, North Charleston from 2-3pm.
